1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Privacy Protection Service hides the contact details of the actual owner from appearing in the Whois Lookup Result of his domain name. The Service is provided by KerNET Limited, a registered company in England and Wales.
2. IMPLEMENTATION DETAILS
(1) Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the contact information being displayed in the Whois of a privacy protected Domain Order will be those designated by the Registrar, and
(1.1) any mail received via post at the Address would be either ignored, destroyed and rejected at KerNET Limited's discretion;
(1.2) any telephone call received at this Telephone Number, would be greeted with an electronic answering machine requesting the caller to email the email address listed in the Whois of this privacy protected domain name;
(1.3) the sender of any email to an email address listed in the Whois of this privacy protected domain will be ignored;
(2) Registrant agrees that we can not guarantee delivery of messages to either the Registrant, Administrative, Billing, Technical Contact, or Customer of a privacy protected Order, and that such message may not be delivered in time or at all, for any reason whatsoever. Registrar and Service Providers disclaim any and all liability associated with non-delivery of any messages relating to the Domain Order and this service.
(3) Registrant understands that the Privacy Protection Service is only available for certain TLDs.
(4) Irrespective of whether Privacy Protection is enabled or not, Registrants are required to fulfill their obligations of providing true and accurate contact information as detailed in the Agreement.
(5) Registrant understands and acknowledges that Registrar in its sole, unfettered discretion, can discontinue providing Privacy Protection Services on the Order for any purpose, including but not limited to:
(5.1) when required by a valid court order;
(5.2) when required by the applicable registry rules or policies;
(5.3) pursuant to any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement agency;
(5.4) when the registrant fails to renew the service;
(5.5) when required to respond to an ICANN approved UDRP or URS service provider;
(5.6) when a domain name is suspended for a violation of Registrar-Registrant agreement, Acceptable usage policy, or other Terms of services applicable to the customer, domain name or whois privacy service;
(5.7) for any other reason that Registrar in its sole discretion deems appropriate to switch off the Privacy Protection Services.
(6) Registrant understands and acknowledges that Registrar in its sole, unfettered discretion, can DISCLOSE the underlying registrant data to a requesting party in the following circumstances:
(6.1) When required to comply with the applicable registry rules or policies;
(6.2) When required to respond to a valid subpoena or warrant;
(6.3) On receiving information request from a Law Enforcement Agency or any Government body authorized to act on behalf of the Law Enforcement Agency.
3. INDEMNITY
Registrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Registrar, Service Providers, KerNET Limited, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, agents, directors, officers and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related in any way to the Privacy Protection services provided hereunder.

1. 服务说明
WHOIS 隐私保护服务会在 Whois 查询结果中隐藏实际域名所有人的联系方式。该服务由英国 KerNET Limited 公司提供。
2. 服务细节
(1) 域名所有人理解并同意我们的联系方式显示在用户开启了 WHOIS 隐私保护的域名中，并且发送给我们的 Email 将会由我们忽略、销毁删除、拒收等方式处理。我们接收到的电话会语音提示主叫方通过 KerNET 与域名所有人联系；
(2) 域名所有人同意我们不能保证传递所有的消息到域名所有人。我们不承担没有传递消息所产生的问题和责任；
(3) 域名所有人理解隐私保护服务仅适用于特定的顶级域名；
(4) 无论隐私保护是否启用，域名所有人都必需提供给注册商详细、真实、准确的联系信息；
(5) 域名所有人理解并同意注册商拥有全权、无任何限制的随时终止 WHOIS 隐私保护服务的权利，包括且不限于法院命令要求、由于政策调整或者注册规则变更、依照任何适用法律、政府规定或要求、执法机构的要求、域名所有人未及时续费服务、 ICANN 批准的 UDRP 或者 URS 提供商、域名违反政策或条款被暂停；
(6) 域名所有人理解并同意注册商拥有全权、无任何限制的透露域名所有人资料在以下情况：有适当的注册规则、法律法规要求时、有效的传票、执法机构或者授权代行执法机构的任何政府机构要求时。
3. 赔偿
域名所有人同意服务提供商、域名注册商、英国 KerNET Limited 公司以及上述的母公司、子公司、关联公司、股东、代理、董事、管理人员和员工，在遇到索赔要求时免除任何所有的责任，无需赔偿任何损失费用，包括律师费、所产生的或者任何与WHOIS 隐私保护服务有关的费用和责任。
